Tim Trophy: Milan, Inter and Juve

Something different awaits tomorrow night from your usual fix of football. A three way tournament that always takes place at this point in August between Italy's three most successful clubs. Three matches in one evening, 45 minute half's and a lot of good football thrown in for good measure as well. This year it takes place in Bari as opposed to last years venue of Pescara if memory serves and the evening kick off time will provide the locals with the opportunity to see International stars play again. Indeed, many will be familiar with the players on show after seeing home town side Bari give a very good account against all three sides last year, demolishing Juve, holding Inter and just loosing out to Milan.

All three sides have something very much in common tomorrow night in the sense that their mercato's are still very much unfinished, you would assume. Inter have yet to add to their European Cup winning side while Juve still have yet to add the kind of player that can truly bridge the gap between them an Inter. Milan, who will be without Pato and Thiago Silva who have just returned from International duty, still seem to be seeking a forward. Time is running out though for all three clubs, no doubt though something will happen for all three.
