Calcio Mercato: Manager musical chairs continue!

Walter Zenga has found himself a new club just a short time after leaving Catania. Suprisingly it is arch rivals Palermo. It would never happen in Rome :). Zenga, perhaps looking to creep his way up the ladder to the Inter, or perhaps Italy, job will have his work cut out in Palermo. Expectations are high, and 8th place will be expected to be improved upon. Good luck to him !

The Atalanta seat has also been filled by another young up and coming Italian coach. Angelo Gregucci has been given the job, and the former Vicenza coach and assistant to Roberto Mancini at Fiorentina will also be expected to build upon Atalanta's recent sucess, and keep them a solid midtable outfit.

Atalanta are also rumoured to have signed Lecce striker Simeone Tirribocchi for 2.8 million. Goran Pandev also has apparently been subject of a bid from Bayern Munich and Massimo Moratti was apparently only in Barcelona to see the Barcelona president Laporta who is his friend. we will see how that one develops.

COMING SOON TO ALL THINGS CALCIO, PLAYER PROFILES AND SEASON REVIEWS TEAM BY TEAM.

Player profiles will start off with some young guns including Mauro Zarate, Mario Balotelli, Marek Hamsik, Alex Pato and Stefan Jovetic.
